Academy Program

Born 2016–2019

The goal of the Academy program is to prepare younger players for the eventual transition into competitive Select soccer and to help families learn how to best support their child in the sport.

Our program focuses on each child's long-term development without the pressure of short-term wins and losses. Games are intended as a fun learning environment and as an opportunity to improve.

We follow the recommendations and guidelines from US Youth Soccer (USYS) and the US Soccer Federation (USSF) for small-sided play.

Younger Players

Pre-Academy Program

Pre-Academy

Players who are interested in our Academy Program but who are too young to register — or Academy-age players who play recreational soccer and want to join our training sessions for extra practice time — can participate in our Pre-Academy Program.

The program is operated in partnership with the City of Round Rock's Parks and Recreation Department and requires initial registration through the city's recreational youth soccer league before registering for additional training with our club.
